Steps For Ring Exchanges and Returns

  1. Email us at info@northernroyal.com to notifying us that your ring does not fit. You do not have to wait to hear from us to send your ring back. 
  2. Mail us back your ring using United States Postal Service (USPS) "Priority Mail" (1 to 3 days). For international customer, please use the cheapest rate that includes a tracking number.  
  3. Mail Back Your Ring To: Address: 4007 Carpenter Rd. Suite #343, Ypsilanti MI 48197

Once we receive the ring back it usually takes about the same amount of time that it took for you to receive it the first time. You will receive a second email with a new tracking number when you second ring ships out. 

How To Speed Up The Ring Exchanges Process 

If you do not want to wait 3 to 8 days before we ship the new size ring out there is a quicker option. This option is for you to purchase another size ring and send the wrong size ring back. Once we receive the ring that does not fit we will issue you a full refund for second one your purchased. This option will allow you to receive the new ring quicker.

Where Do I Mail My Ring Back To?

We recommended you use United States Postal Service (USPS). They offer the cheapest rate.

90 Day RETURN POLICY 

If you do not like it in the first 90 days, you can send it back for a full refund. You must send it back in the condition it was in. If you wish to return it outside the 90 day period we will work with you on it. Customer pays shipping to send it back. We do NOT except exchanges on rings that have been engraved or that need an exchanged for a different size. We understand people buy their future spouses ring ahead of time. If this is the case and you need to return it please mail us some form of receipt from the wedding venue or other proof.
