Are there any fees or hidden charges?
For U.S. customers, we provide a return shipping label. This label is free for resizes/exchanges. However, please note that if you are returning your ring for a refund and use the provided return label, there will be a $8.00 deduction from your refund amount.
To be eligible for a full refund the ring needs to be in the condition it was received in or lightly used.
Silicone Ring Promotion
If a complimentary silicone ring was included, it must be returned with the wedding band for a full refund; otherwise, the refund will be adjusted by the listed price of the silicone ring on our website.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
If your ring does not fit, you have 120 days to send it back and exchange it for a new size.

What happens if my ring does not fit in a few years?
If your ring needs to be resized after 120 days (This is rare). A deductible of $30.00 will allow you to exchange your ring for a new size. Most of our rings are made of alliterative metals which means they cannot be resized. For this reason we will send you a brand new ring. You can send your ring in for a new size as many times as you want.
Are there any fees or extra cost for ring exchanges?
No, all we ask is for you to pay the shipping to send it back. For U.S. customers it is usually under $3.00, if you use USPS First Class Mail.
Lifetime Warranty
In the rare event that your ring becomes damaged in anyway, we will replace it for free in the first year. Just pay for shipping to send it back.

What Happens After a Year?
If your ring becomes damaged after the first year, we will still replace it, for a small deductible of only $45.00. This will provide you with a brand new ring, and there is no limit on how many times you can use the warranty.
If Your Ring Does Not Fit After A Year

When Does the Clock Start?
The 90-day return, 120-day ring exchange, and warranty will start when you first receive your ring. Or if you can provide a few receipts/invoices from your wedding our policies will not start until after your wedding day.
What If My Ring is Out of Stock?
If the ring you ordered is not in stock at the time of your exchange (resizing), we will allow you to pick a new ring of equal or similar value. Warranty applies to original purchase.
What The Warranty Does Not Cover
- Lost rings. Your ring is not covered if you lose the ring.
- Alterations to the ring, such as engravings or any other sort of alterations to the ring. We will still replace your ring for free in the first year, but we will not cover any out-responsibility of the consumer.
- Northern Royal is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original ring.
The Wedding Policy
Do you have an upcoming wedding?
The 120 day ring exchange/resizing and 90 day return will start when you receive your ring. It then will reset again on your wedding day.
*If you do NOT have an upcoming wedding, then our 90 day return, free resizing and lifetime warranty will start when you receive the ring.

How do I validate my wedding date to use the wedding policy?
We just ask you send us at-least 2 receipt or invoices from your wedding day. You only need to send us invoices/receipts when you need to use either the 120 exchange/resizing, 90 day return, or when you need to make a warranty claim.
Free Shipping
We ship both domestic (U.S.A) and internationally for free. We use United States Postal Service.
You will receive a second email with a tracking number when your ring ships out. All rings ship from Southeast, Michigan.
FAQ Shipping
- Shipping Times Vary: Each ring has a different shipping time. On each product page you will find the shipping time for that particular ring.
- Fee's: If you return the ring you will not be charged for the shipping that Northern Royal covered to send you the ring. There are no fees when it comes to returns.
- Free Shipping: That's right, we offer free shipping on all domestics and international orders.
- Tracking: When you purchase a ring from Northern Royal we will provide you with a tracking number when the ring ships out.
- USPS: Your ring will be delivered by the United States Postal Service. Your ring will be shipped either using Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Both Services take about 2 to 4 days.
