Concerning the coronavirus (COVID-19), developments have been rapidly changing. We extend our thoughts and prayers to those affected around the world and understand the unfortunate impact it has made on people. We are closely monitoring and making changes along the way to demonstrate our support of the efforts underway to control the spread. We have been closely following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other public health agencies.

Domestic Mail (USA)

There are some delays with USPS. This depends on what USPS facilities your package goes through. You will have the option at check out to upgrade to UPS shipping.

International

Some of our staff have been sent home to work remotely. However, we still have a dedicated team to continue to fulfill orders, exchanges, returns, and warranties. Our current turnaround time is still typically under 24 hours. At this time, domestic shipping in the U.S. has not experienced any delays.

 

We hope you find peace of mind with the most recent information given by the CDC and WHO. According to these officials, the risk of catching the virus from a handled package is extremely low due to it being transferred and exposed to different temperatures multiple times over a span of several days. The CDC also states there is no present evidence to support the transmission of COVID-19 being connected with imported products, and there have not been any reported cases of COVID-19 in the United States linked with imported goods. To further ensure your safety, our warehouse staff are disinfecting all surfaces by the hour and are required to wear surgical gloves and N95 respirators while handling products.

At Northern Royal, we understand the devastating impact and hardships COVID-19 has put on couple’s weddings. This is one thing no wedding planner could have ever planned for. We know how exciting this time is in your life and how upset you must be right now. Our hope is that you remain healthy and your wedding will go as planned as soon as this pandemic passes.

 

Our wedding policy is extremely helpful in these circumstances. The 120-day ring exchange, resizing, warranty, and 90-day return will not start until the day of your wedding. Once you receive your ring, the policy starts, and resets again on your big day. This is applicable even if your wedding is not planned for a couple of years.
