Lifetime Warranty

In the rare event that your ring becomes damaged in any way, we will replace it for free in the first year.

What Happens After a Year?

If your ring becomes damaged after 1 year, we will replace it for a small deductible of only $45.00. You will receive a brand new ring. There is no limit on how many times you can use the warranty.

Most of our rings are made of alliterative metals, which means they cannot be resized. For this reason, we will send you a brand new ring.

We ask customers to cover the return shipping. For U.S. customers, shipping should be $4.00 if you use USPS First Class Mail.

I can’t say because when the ring was delivered, my wife took it and told me I would have to wait till Christmas! She told me that it is absolutely beautiful! You will have to wait till then for my review . I will say if the wife picked it out I will cherish it!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service is next to none! Ordered a ring that they were currently out of the size. They offered to send me another ring as a filler until they made more of the ring that I ordered. I opted in to just wait for the ring I ordered since we had quite a bit of time before the wedding. They were in contact with me through the whole process and continued to check in with me. My ring was delivered within the time frame that they originally gave me. Seriously so happy with the ring and extremely appreciative of the constant updates. Made me feel like I was important throughout the entire process! Would definitely recommend!
