If you do not like it in the first 90 days, you can send it back for a full refund. You must send it back in the condition it was in. If you wish to return it outside the 90 day period we will work with you on it.
120 Day Ring Exchange
If the ring does not fit send it back and we will send you a second one for free. If you purchased the ring well before your wedding date and it is passed the 120 days we will still exchange it for free.

Do you have an upcoming wedding?
The 120 day ring exchange/resizing and 90 day return will start when you receive your ring. It then will reset again on your wedding day.
*If you do NOT have an upcoming wedding, then our 90 day return, free resizing and lifetime warranty will start when you receive the ring.

Processing Time
Engraving can add 1 to 3 days to your order.
Paid Engraving
If you paid for engraving and wish to return the ring, you are eligible for a full refund of the ring's purchase price. Please note that the engraving service itself is non-refundable.
Free Engraving
We run free engraving once or twice a year. If we are running a special for free engraving, please note: If you return an engraved ring for a refund, a $30 restocking fee will be applied.
Resizing/Exchanges For Engraved Rings
Resizing/exchanges for engraved rings are still free, but please be aware that you will need to purchase a second engraving. This is because the majority of our rings are crafted from alternative metals like tungsten, which cannot be resized.
Sizing
We always recommend ordering our ring sizer before purchasing engraving even if you already know your size. Jewelers can take measurements in different ways. Some measure using comfort fit, standard fit, European sizing, etc.
Lifetime Warranty
Our lifetime warranty does not cover the engraving service. However, we will still replace your ring under the lifetime warranty. Please note that we will not provide a second engraving unless you purchase the engraving service again.
Existing Markings
Some of our rings have our logo, which is very small, on the inside of the ring. Also, a few of our rings may have the words “tungsten”, “tungsten carbide”, or other generic words inside of them. These markings cannot be removed and your requested engraving will go around these markings.
Engraving Appearance
The clarity/boldness of the engraved message can show differently depending on what color the inside of your ring is.
Wood Interior Rings
Rings with wood interiors including bentwood rings cannot be engraved. We only have two rings with wood interiors which are "The Woodland Hybrid" & "Silver Class Brushed Silver & Olive Wood Ring"
