Ask a Question-
My fiance ring size is a 15. Do you do custom sizing? He really likes the look of this ring.
Thank you so much for reaching out to us. This ring is not available in a size 15. Sizes 13 - 17 are rarely.. if ever requested. I would encourage you to order one of our free ring sizer just to double check your ring size.

Is your sizing universal with Canada? Is there a way to contact you more privately?
For the most part. It depends on which jewelry store you go to. You could order our free ring sizer or use our printable ring sizer. I provided a link to it down below. Many customers will just go by what a jeweler told them which is also okay. You can send us a private message by using the chat widget in the bottom right-hand corner of our website.

Or you can upgrade to 1 to 5 day shipping at check out for $15-$20. We do offer free resizing as well. I would also encourage you to orered our free ring sizer with your ring.

How durable is this ring? My husband is hard on rings, we are going on the 3rd one now....he is very handy with cars and around the house will it hold up to him working in these situations?
Great question. Tungsten rings would be the most durable and our ceramic rings would come in second. Our ceramic wooden rings are almost just as durable as our tungsten wooden rings. If you are not familiar with tungsten it's probably one of the most durable materials out there. The ceramic rings are actually harder to scratch than tungsten rings. One of the reasons we cannot engrave customers' initial on ceramic rings is due to the material being harder than tungsten. We use a diamond bit that engraves our rings and the diamond bit cannot pierce the surface of the ceramic rings. The main difference between a tungsten ring and ceramic ring is if they are ever dropped or hit against something pretty hard. A tungsten ring usually always survives a drop but a ceramic ring has a chance of breaking if dropped from a good height or knocked against something really hard.
If your ring breaks it would be covered under our lifetime warranty.
Just like any jewelry, we recommend removing the jewelry for safety. -

What covers the wood on the ring? Does it crack easily??
Great question! We use the highest quality jewelry resin which protects the wood and make it waterproof. The resin is virtually invisible. It does not crack. We have never had a complaint about the resin.

Is this ring waterproof?
Thank you for asking. All of our wood rings are 100% waterproof.
